Description

n8n Node for smapOne API

This community node lets you use the smapOne API in n8n workflows.

Installation

This package is currently available for self-hosted n8n instances.

Follow the n8n community nodes installation guide and install:

Operations

This Node contains all relevant Endpoints for the following API routes:

  • smapOne API – internal scope
  • smapOne API – preview scope
  • This node targets the smapOne cloud API at platform.smapone.com. The available operations depend on the selected resource and API scope.

    Example use cases

  • Retrieve smapOne data records and forward them to another business system.
  • Synchronize users, groups, or companies with an external directory or CRM.
  • Create workflows that react to smapOne tasks, smaps, or templates.
  • Load smapOne data into reporting, data warehouse, or notification workflows.
  • Credentials

This node uses the smapOne API credential.

To authenticate, create or retrieve the API Token in your smapOne profile and enter it in the credential configuration within n8n.

The API token is sent as the password using HTTP Basic Authentication. The username field is required by the protocol but is ignored by the smapOne API, so you can enter any value.

All requests made by this node are authenticated automatically using the configured credential.

For further details about authentication and available endpoints, see the smapOne API documentation.

    Compatibility
