- Send Update — send a message (with optional styling: text size, weight, colors, alignment, content spacing, full-panel mode, target panel) to a PushToDisplay board. The message appears on all devices linked to that board.
- API Key — the simplest option. Generate a push token / API key in the PushToDisplay app or web portal and paste it into the credential.
- OAuth2 — connect with your PushToDisplay account. Requires an OAuth client (client ID and secret) registered with PushToDisplay.

Operations
Credentials
The node supports two authentication methods:
Your free Sandbox tier includes 1 board and 1,000 messages per month. Manage boards, API keys, and devices from the app or the web at https://pushtodisplay.com. Full API documentation is available at https://pushtodisplay.com/docs.
Compatibility
Requires n8n 1.0 or later.
Usage
1. Add the PushToDisplay node to your workflow.
2. Choose Authentication (API Key or OAuth2) and connect a credential.
3. Enter the Board ID of the board you want to update (find it in the PushToDisplay app or web portal).
4. Enter the Message text to display.
5. Optionally configure styling and layout (target panel, text color/size/weight, alignment, full-panel mode, content spacing, backgrounds).
6. Run the workflow. The update is queued and pushed to every device linked to the board.
