n8n has one built-in Zoho node: Zoho CRM, which creates, updates, upserts, gets and deletes records such as accounts, contacts, deals, leads and invoices. Zoho makes many other apps, such as Desk, Mail, Cliq, WorkDrive, Projects and People, and those are what most Zoho community nodes cover. This guide covers the built-in node and its Zoho credential (from n8n’s documentation) and the most used Zoho community packages (from our own npm data).

What the built-in Zoho CRM node can do
For each of these record types the node can create, upsert (create a new record or update the current one if it already exists), delete, get, get all and update:

Set up the Zoho credential
The Zoho credential supports OAuth2 and needs a Zoho account. On n8n Cloud you don’t need to enter connection details: select Connect my account and sign in through your browser. Otherwise:
- Pick the Access Token URL for the region of your Zoho data center: AU, CN, EU, IN or US. Zoho’s Multi DC page explains which one your account uses.
- Register an application with Zoho (Zoho’s OAuth setup guide) and select Server-based Applications as the Client Type.
- Copy the OAuth Callback URL from n8n into the Zoho Authorized Redirect URIs field.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the Zoho application into your n8n credential.

The ZeptoMail, TeamInbox and Calendar packages list ZohoMail as the npm author and link to repositories in the zohomail GitHub organization, and the WorkDrive package links to the ZohoWorkDrive organization. How to choose
- Records in Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, deals, quotes, invoices): the built-in Zoho CRM node.
- Another Zoho app, such as Desk, Cliq, WorkDrive or ZeptoMail: the community package for that app.
- Zoho CRM features the built-in node does not list: check the hub for a package whose README covers them.
