Installation

The following operations are supported:

    • Get a record

Credentials

You can use a personal access token to use this node.

Personal access token

  1. Create an account in an InvenioRDM instance and login.
  2. Go to your Applications page.
  3. In the right navigation, under Personal access tokens, select New token.
  4. Enter a descriptive name for your token in the Token name field, like n8n integration.
  5. Select Scopes for your token, currently only the user:email scope is supported.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Copy the token.

Testing

This package includes comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and functionality:

Running Tests

# Run all tests
npm test

# Run tests in watch mode
npm run test:watch

# Run tests with coverage report

# Run only smoke tests
npm test -- test/smoke.test.ts

The test suite aims for comprehensive coverage of:

  • Credentials validation and authentication
  • All node operations (CRUD for records, read for communities)
