Yandex Cloud YandexART
Node for AI-powered image generation using Yandex Cloud Foundation Models YandexART API. Generate high-quality images from text descriptions with support for negative prompts, aspect ratios, and reproducible results using seeds. Features asynchronous operation handling with automatic polling until completion.
| Parameter | Type | Resources | Operations |
|———-|—–|———|———-|
| Image | Resource | Image | Generate |
Image Operations:
– Text description (prompt) for desired image
– Negative prompt to specify what to avoid
– Configurable aspect ratio (Square, Landscape 16:9, 21:9, Portrait 9:16, 9:21)
– Output format selection (JPEG, PNG)
– Optional seed for reproducible generation
– Automatic operation polling until completion
– Returns generated image as binary data
Generate Parameters:
prompt – text description of the image to generate (required) – negativePrompt – describe what to exclude from image (optional)
– mimeType – output format: JPEG or PNG (default: JPEG)
– aspectRatio – image proportions:
– Square (1:1)
– Landscape 16:9 (widescreen)
– Landscape 21:9 (ultra-wide)
– Portrait 9:16 (mobile-friendly)
– Portrait 9:21 (tall format)
– seed – numeric seed for reproducibility (optional)
– waitForCompletion – wait for generation or return operation ID (default: true)
– pollInterval – milliseconds between status checks (default: 2000)
– maxWaitTime – maximum wait time in milliseconds (default: 300000 / 5 minutes)
Returned Data (Wait for Completion):
success – operation status (true)operationId – Yandex Cloud operation IDmodelVersion – YandexART model version usedprompt – original prompt textnegativePrompt – negative prompt if providedaspectRatio – aspect ratio key (e.g., “SQUARE”)aspectRatioValues – width and height ratio valuesmimeType – generated image MIME typeseed – seed used (number or “auto”)imageSize – image size in bytesfilename – generated filenamebinary.data – generated image as downloadable fileReturned Data (Without Wait):
success – operation status (true)operationId – operation ID for manual status checkingdone – operation completion status (false)message – informational messageprompt – original prompt textaspectRatio – aspect ratio keymimeType – requested MIME typeAsync Operation Handling:
The node implements automatic polling for asynchronous operations:
1. Sends generation request to YandexART API
2. Receives operation ID
3. Polls operation status every 2 seconds (configurable)
4. Continues polling until completion or timeout
5. Extracts generated image from completed operation
6. Returns image as binary data with metadata
If waitForCompletion is false, returns operation ID immediately for manual status checking.
Use Cases:
Features:
Authentication: Uses service account JSON via yandexCloudAuthorizedApi credentials with automatic IAM token generation. Requires Foundation Models API access in the specified folder. The model URI is automatically constructed from the folder ID as art://{folderId}/yandex-art/latest. The node is ideal for automated content creation, marketing automation, creative workflows, and any applications requiring AI-generated visual content integrated into n8n workflows.
