Talent Veil for n8n

Official n8n community node for asynchronous Talent Veil Blind CV generation.

Operations

• Create Blind CV Job: uploads binary CV data and returns a job_id.
• Get Blind CV Job: returns status and safe failure details.
• Download Blind CV: writes the completed PDF to an n8n binary field.

The create operation always sends an Idempotency-Key. Leave the field empty for the automatic per-execution value, or use an expression based on a stable ID from an upstream system when that system can deliver the same event more than once.

Advanced API settings are passed through one optional JSON field.

Credentials

Create a Talent Veil API credential with:

• Base URL: https://adon.awakast.com/api/.
• API Key: an organization key generated in Talent Veil.

The credential test calls GET /v1/me.

Example workflow

The importable example at examples/workflow.json demonstrates the recommended polling flow:

1. Read a CV into the data binary field.
2. Create a Blind CV job.
3. Wait 10 seconds and get its status.
4. Download the PDF when the status is Finished.
5. Stop with the API error when the status is Failed; otherwise wait and check again.

After importing it, configure your own file source and select Talent Veil credentials on all Talent Veil nodes. The example contains no file path, API key, credential ID, or customer data.

For production use, add a maximum polling duration appropriate for your workflow. The API sends callbacks once only, so polling is the recommended first-version workflow.

Installation

Search for Talent Veil in the nodes panel and install it for n8n instance or install manually from Settings → Community Nodes → Install:

After installation, create a Talent Veil API credential, paste your API key, and add the Talent Veil node to a workflow.

Local development

Node.js 20.19 through 24.x is supported by n8n. Node.js 24.18.0 LTS is recommended for development of this package. Node.js 25 and 26 aren’t supported by n8n.
