πŸ” Authentication

The node uses API Key authentication.

  • Base endpoint: https://api.salessuite.com/api
  • Required header:
  • x-api-key: APIKEY>

A built-in credential test within n8n ensures your API key is valid before running workflows.

The credential also carries a Response Language option (Deutsch (DE) / English (EN),
default Deutsch (DE)), sent as the x-lang header so endpoints that return translated text answer
in the selected language. Credentials saved before this option existed keep using the tenant default
locale until they are saved again. Resolution order on the API side: lang query parameter β†’
    x-lang / accept-language β†’ tenant default locale (Settings > General) β†’ global fallback en.

The selection also drives the field and group labels shown in the field mappers and in the
property dropdowns of the node, trigger and webhook β€” the node resolves those names through
GET /v1/property, which honours the header. Custom (x_*) fields always keep the name you gave
    them in SalesSuite.
